cachemgr.cgi

Hi,
I have just set up an harvest cache so
am in need of a bit of advice. Accessing cachemgr.cgi
from a web browser gives the error "hostname required"
and the text boxes contain "%s" and "%d" . I am running
ncsa httpd. Have I missed something in the configuration?
