I found one case where pages might get cached even if
they were result of a script. (I don't know of a pragma: no-cache
in this case, but it is only an example)
Some 'cgi' scripts hide behind something like:
GET http://counter.digits.com/wc/-d/3/-r/-z/some_page
The normal way to get it is either the string '/cgi' or a
question mark in the URL, neither matches the above.
What pattern might I include in squid.conf to disable caching
of something like that?
