It sort of depends on what you mean by "aborted."
If the server aborts, or a timeout occurs, ftpget will try to
restart the transfer again if the server supports the 'REST'
command.
If the user aborts a transfer, the quick_abort settings take
effect as to whether or not the FTP trasnfer continues.
ftpget appends a little three-character marker at the end of
the object data. If Squid doesn't see that marker, it throws
the object out (under the assumption that ftpget did not complete
the transfer). So in general, Squid does not store any partial
objects.
