Turning off DNS caching (squid 1.0.3)

I run squid 1.0.3 together with DIALD on Linux 2.0.13. For the diald to work
properly it would be necessary to turn off the DNS caching so that the
nameserver that is located on the other end of my dialup line is asked every
time a request to the proxy-server is made. Does anyone know a possibilty to
do so?
