Registration service program 'send-announce'.

        Hello,

After installing the Squid Version 1.0.7, the program 'send-announce'
used by THE CACHE REGISTRATION SERVICE was not created,
'cause I didn't find it in /usr/local/squid/bin.
However, the object file send-announce.o was created in the
squid-1.0.7/src/

From the /usr/local/squid/etc/squid.conf file :

# An 'announcement' message is sent (via UDP) to the registration
# service by the program 'send-announce'. This program is called
# in the RunCache script every time the cached process is started.
# You may also run the 'send-announce' program manually, or from
# cron if you like. By default, the annoucement message is NOT
==============================================

  The second problem is that, the RunCache script doesn't call this program,
as described above, 'cause there's no line in this script where you can
find the word "send-announce".
