This means any attempt to get the internal icons goes to here, and uses
these gifs (stored
on the local web server).

The microsoft explorer's ftp client should really have the internal icons
built in (hence the word internal!), as e.g netscape does.

Obviously you can fetch these gifs from my server if you like, as they are
prettier than the normal supplied bitmaps.
