cache manager access (fwd)

Hello,

I was also having problems with "http_access deny manager"

> point your browser to http://cache.ns.utk.edu/cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi and
> tell me whether you can execute the functions.

What I found out was that I can use your
   http://cache.ns.utk.edu/cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi
to get stat on your system

But using the cachemgr.cgi on my system
   http://raggi.treknet.is:84/cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi
no go...
"Sorry, you are not currently allowed to request
 cache_object://cache.ns.utk.edu/info"

I do not know this, but it looks like you are limiting access to the
info but the reqesting server is in the allowed domain.
