Sorry, forgot to add that info. We're actually doing just under 800,000 per
day (after checking the logs). This is on a Digital AlphaServer 8200 5/300,
512Mb RAM, 16Gb cache, 10Mb/s ethernet, soon to be 100Mb/s FDDI. The Cache
partition is part of a StorageWorks RAID Array 410 (consisting of 4.3Gb Seagate
Barracudas). This setup is handling the current load without a sweat, except
for a fairly high collision rate on the ethernet, but FDDI should fix that.
