Checking Squid-1.0.3 I enable "debug_options 22,4" to see
whats happend in ttl.c... Look at this:

Is it possible to calculate TTL_PCTAGE (P letter) without TTL_LASTMOD (L
letter)? I think there should be TTL_DEFAULT instead of TTL_PCTAGE.
