Squid 3.2.0.14 Digest Auth Broken?

Hi,

I'm using digest auth with squid 3.2.0.14 and it doesn't appear that the
password is validated, only the user name. I made a cursory pass over
the patches between 3.2.0.13 and 3.2.0.14, but nothing jumps out at me.

It works as expected in squid 3.2.0.13 and 3.1.18.

I've applied all the patches from
http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.2/changesets/ on top of
3.2.0.14 in hopes that this had been fixed, but it's still broken.
