disable GET and download

Dear all,

Due to previous messages, I need to send pages to squid and squid caches
them, you know when squid search an object in cache and result is false,
GET to origin server to download the given page,Now i need to disable
this feature that GET and pages.
Where i comment a call function or change code? which file and which
function?
