oldAccept broken in trunk?

Hi all, I've tried updating squid to trunk on eu; the result is an
endless loop of

2011/01/04 09:49:25| ListenStateData.cc(236) oldAccept: FD 19: (22)
Invalid argument

this happens both when launching in daemon and no-daemon mode.
