Small changes in hudson setup

Hi all,
  i'm changing a bit the Hudson setup:
- The OS version was always a bit out-of-date: changing minor releases
are not tracked in projects
  -> I'm changing naming convention from
<squid_version>-<cpu>-<os>-<osversion> to
<squid_version>-<cpu>-<os>.<major_os_version>
- since matrix builds do not really work yet, I'm setting up proper
jobs for 3.2.

Would anyone object to renaming 3.HEAD to "trunk"? Or are there
scripts etc. depending on that?
