I see how one comes to that conclusion.
but bzr whoami has nothing to do with authentication or authorization.
It's the identity you assign to yourself, and is attached to any commit
you make in any repository, and kept as that is
replicated/mirrored/merged around.. similar to how you set your From
header when you configure your mail client... Nothing besides social
interactions stops you from claiming a false identity.
to prove your identity gpg signatures may be used.
