That is really weird. I have a local cbranch+bind of SQUID_3_0 in my
account folder for the release prep and bootstrap. Thats where I added
the tag and have committed since adding the STABLE3 one.
I don't see any STABLE1 or STABLE2 tags, but I can see my new STABLE3
and STABLE4 tags. >:-(

I only saw 2288 because it was mentioned in squid-users. Has my
subscribe to the bugzilla notify list gone astray again? I was getting
it for a few days, then nothing.
