I was able to build latest SQUID_3_0 on Solaris 10 x64, SGI Irix,
OpenBSD 3.8 x86, MSYS+MinGW and Cygwin.
Please note that currently 3.HEAD doesn't build on Solaris 10 x64,
SGI Irix and OpenBSD 3.8 x86, and may be others.
