Looks like the 3.x one needs a full re-write. In light of the current
release and things pushed forward to 3.1.

Automatic Peer Discovery would be a major kick.

There is also no DHCPv6 Proxy Auto-discovery option at present for IP-NG
browsers. Maybe worth kicking off an draft-RFC for that soon.
