I coded up a fix for the IMS reply generation code which exposed a shortcoming
in our little venture - storeClientCopy() now returns 0 bytes (ie, an empty body)
and the client-side code never does anything with the headers. This 0 byte
return is interpreted by clientSendMoreHeaderData() as "end of stream".

I knew that the client-side code needed some tidying up to separate out the
reply status+header and the reply data; guess it'll have to be done now rather
than later. (Not that tidying up the client-side code isn't a -bad- thing..)
