Error on bootstrap (AM_PROG_LIBTOOL)

Hi,

When I run:
PATH=/usr/local/autoconf-2.57/bin:/usr/local/automake-1.7.9/bin:$PATH ./bootstrap.sh

I get:
aclocal: configure.in: 33: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library

I've noticed it was added in revision 1.357 of configure.in:
http://www.squid-cache.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/squid3/configure.in.diff?r1=1.356&r2=1.357&f=h

Any hints on this one?
