Squid Development

    Hello Developers,

            I am participating on the squid-users mailing list and being in the squid-dev lists.
            
            I am having the wish to participate in the squid developments.I have gone through the
            squid development and projects.Being in beginner stage,I may not take the decision to work
            for the paricular development.I need the guidance to do the best for the Squid Development.
            As a initiation,I have sent a patch for the refresh_pattern to use them as fractional value
            in the default configuration of minutes.

            Henrick guided me to forward this to all squid-developers to get lot of guidances to involve
            in the squid developments.
