There are two distinct problems here:
1 - Windows handles are inherited from child helpers, this is wrong, and
now is fixed.
2 - UDP based helpers don't detects properly Squid shutdown and not
terminate itself. Now it should be fixed too.
Markus: If you want, I can send You a test binary build, if yes, please
tell me what build type You need (standard, delay pools, extdns).
