Our mib.txt used to work with something like net-snmp-4.1.. (I think)
But I couldn't make it work with what I had installed (4.2.3), so
I downloaded the latest (5.0.7) and that didn't work either, until
I modified the top of mib.txt to be more like the ones that net-snmp
distributes.
