How can i access to the html from squid?

Hi! There ^^
how can i access to the html from squid?
i want to know about the http query.
please help me !!
i have already tried that followed.
GET http://www.daum.net/index.html HTTP/1.1\r\nUser-Agent: SQUID\r\nHost: SERVER\r\n\r\n

but The Response was Request timeout message.

Please somebody help me...
