Well, not if you know the IP addresses of the clients you are interested to
account, which is not a too uncommon cenario.

Still you need to solve the basic problem about ordering.. as said previously
the data is not ordered within Squid.
Most of this information is aggregated globally, which is what most people
are interested in. The rest they get from log processing.
