Only that Squid does not implement the FTP protocol, and that FTP is a
bit tricker to cache than HTTP due to the ambigous statefullness of the
protocol.
Note: When Squid caches ftp:// URLs, it does so as a HTTP proxy, which
is both stateless and non-ambigous.
