Ok.
The ipv6 patch is likely to receive more attention when Squid-2.6 starts
it's development cycle as it is scheduled for inclusion in 2.6. On the
todo list is to
a) Port the remaining IPv4 stuff to be IPv6 aware
b) Cleanups to make the patch more sane

Right. Squid-2.5 has not been branched off the HEAD version yet as 2.5
is still in development.
Squid-2.5 is currently in it's final development stage where we are
pruning out the last known errors and generally cleaning up things.
