Patch for Group LDAP Authentication with Squid 2.4.STABLE2

Hello,
here's a new version of the 'User and Group LDAP Authentication for Squid'
patch written by Tobias Crawle. I've ported it from Squid 2.3.STABLE3 to
Squid 2.4.STABLE2
Actually, his work is available at
http://www.fatgut.org/squid/group_ldap_auth/, but it'll soon be on
http://sourceforge.net/projects/group-ldap-auth/
