Heh. Something like Ultrix might be a little hard to support.
Windows is a nice platform, and squid will perform *wonderfully* with
the rewrites that are going ahead. Once the network, memory and disk
IO code are made saner, we'll be able to use the Win32 async disk/network
calls.
