Back from my vacation

I am back from my vacation, and noticed that my mail fetch routine had a
small hickup (cable modem disconnected), and a virus had flooded my
mailbox.

So if you have sent anything of importance to me during the last two
weeks, please resend. I will catch up on squid-dev thru the archives.
