cbdata init & alloc suggestion

Is there any reason that the callback on free function for cbdata
shouldn't be moved to the INIT stage rather than the ALLOC ?

ie CBDATA_INIT_TYPE(footype,freefunc)
myfoo = CBDATA_ALLOC(footype)

?
