The CVS commit mail messages have now changed format and frequency.
a) "syncmail" is now used to automatically attach a diff of the changes
(size limited IIRC).
b) "Merged changes from ..." messages is filtered out. No more boring
emails when the branches are "updated"
The "syncronized with cvs.squid-cache.org" messages is still generated,
so you know when you need to run cvsmerge.
