Ok. I'll make a branch called 2_4 tonight, right after I commit
the 2.4-STABLE and 2.5-DEVEL tags to version.h (and various other
sundry stuff).

I'll keep HEAD tracking squid-HEAD, so your projects will still track
HEAD. Please, keep it this way, as once a few more bugs/changes are brought
in and a pre-release of 2.4 is rolled, I'm going to do a massive run
and bring in a whole bunch of sourceforge things pending review.
