Well, it'll just be another "plugin" to the framework. All devpoll is
is a way of getting back a bunch of poll structs that have completed.
Its pretty much a subset of kqueue, and in order to use it properly
there needs to be some changes in how squid schedules IO. I'm nearly there,
honest! :-)
