cache MIB or proxy/cache MIB

Hello,

on the the page http://ircache.nlanr.net/Cache/cache-snmp/ there
are several MIB's listed. One group is for a Proxy/Cache Server MIB.
The other group is the Squid MIB.

Which one should be used? Is squid trying to migrate to the
Proxy/Cache Server MIB's? or .. ??
