SNMP Installingproblems

Problem NO. 1:
1998/10/13 02:12:50| Processing: 'snmp_agent_conf community readwrite
all all'
1998/10/13 02:12:50| Processing: 'snmp_acl public allow all'
1998/10/13 02:12:50| parse_snmp_access: Unknown community public!

Any hint ?

Problem NO.2:
After a reconf ...
The mib description doesn't seem to be consistent.
Some nodes couldn't be linked under the "iso" tree.
these nodes are left:
cacheDnsSvcTime ::= { cacheMedianSvcEntry 8 } (1)
cacheIcpReplySvcTime ::= { cacheMedianSvcEntry 7 } (1)
[many stuff deleted]

Any hint ?
